Khaliyah, the Arabic word for a beehive, is the name of the bread itself: a honeycomb of soft buns baked together, torn apart by hand, and passed around the table. It has always been a bread for sharing, and that is exactly how we make it.

The honeycomb isn't a decoration. It's the whole idea, every bun belongs to the ones beside it.

We are a pick-up and delivery kitchen in Dubai with one obsession: khaliyah, done properly. Every honeycomb is baked fresh the day it's ordered, never the day before, and boxed with its sauce on the side so it arrives the way it left the oven.

One bread, made well

We don't do a long menu. We do the Classic, plain, or topped with sesame and black seeds, and six flavours we stand behind: za'atar, cinnamon, Nutella, caramel, pistachio and our Secret Sauce. Two sizes, one standard.
